NBA: Seattle 118, Boston 111

SEATTLE, Dec. 27 (UPI) -- Seattle's Ronald Murray had 29 points and five assists as the SuperSonics defeated the visiting Boston Celtics, 118-111.

Murray only played the second half, replacing Luke Ridnour, who left the game with nausea.

Rashard Lewis recorded 21 points, Ray Allen had 18 points, seven rebounds and six assists and Nick Collison had 16 points and 10 rebounds off the bench for the Sonics, who stopped a two-game losing streak.

For the Celtics, Paul Pierce tied his season-high with 43 points and also added five assists and five rebounds and Ricky Davis contributed 20 points and seven assists.
