Two tied at the latest LPGA event

SEMMES, Ala., Nov. 11 (UPI) -- Rachel Hetherington shot 7-under 65 on Friday to share the lead with Christina Kim at the Mitchell Company Tournament of Champions at Semmes, Ala.

Kim (67) and Hetherington are tied at 10-under-par 134 through 36 holes.

Overnight leader Liselotte Neumann ballooned to an even-par 72 and shares third place with defending champion Heather Daly-Donofrio (70) and Hee-Won Han (69) at 6-under 138.

Angela Stanford (67) is tied for sixth place with Janice Moodie (69) at 5-under-par 139. Kim Saiki (68), Pat Hurst (69), Paula Creamer (70) and Juli Inkster (73) all stand at 4-under-par 140.

The tournament field includes winners from the past four seasons as well as active LPGA Tour and World Golf Halls of Fame members. Those entered have a combined 222 LPGA victories.

Annika Sorenstam, a nine-time winner this season, is skipping the event for a third straight year.
