DALLAS, Oct. 28 (UPI) -- Radek Dvorak scored a tie-breaking goal Friday night as the Edmonton Oilers beat the Dallas Stars, 5-3.
Marc-Andre Bergeron, Cory Cross, Ryan Smyth and Raffi Torres also scored and goalie Jussi Markkanen made 19 saves for the Oilers, who snapped a seven-game winless streak, improving to 4-6-0. Edmonton now is 2
0 in its last two trips to Dallas after going 1-18-2-0 in over 21 games from 1993.

Jason Arnott and Bill Guerin each had a goal and an assist and goalie Marty Turco stopped 20 shots for Dallas (5-4-0), which has lost four of five.
Both teams were 1-for-7 on the power play. In shots on goal, Edmonton won the battle, 25-22.
