COL FB: Florida 49, Kentucky 28

LEXINGTON, Ky., Sept. 24 (UPI) -- Chris Leak hit 25-of-32 passes for 319 yards and four touchdowns Saturday as the fifth-ranked Florida Gators beat the Kentucky Wildcats, 49-28.

DeShawn Wynn had only 40 yards on 10 carries, but had three short TDs and caught a pass for another for the Gators (4-0, 2-0 SEC), who have won 19 straight games over Kentucky.

Chad Jackson had nine catches for 105 yards and two touchdowns while Jemalle Cornelius caught eight for 138 yards in the victory.

Florida Coach Urban Meyer ran his overall winning streak to 20 straight games, the second longest active streak in the country behind Southern California's Pete Carroll. Meyer has won 12 consecutive conference games.

Curtis Pulley came on in the fourth quarter and finished 4-of-6 for 38 yards with two rushing touchdowns for the Wildcats (1-3, 0-1), who have not beaten Florida since 1986.
