NBA: Philadelphia 103, Atlanta 85

PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 4 (UPI) -- Allen Iverson scored 22 points Friday night and Philadelphia pulled away in the second half to overpower Atlanta, 103-85.

The 76ers won for the third time in four games with Kyle Korver scoring 17 points on five three-pointers.

Atlanta has lost nine of 11 and also has dropped 12 straight road contests. Antoine Walker led the Hawks with 14.

Philadelphia had a six-point halftime lead, but extanded it by going on a 16-4 run in the third period. The Hawks clawed back to within five only to have the 76ers go on a 20-3 surge in the fourth period.

The 76ers played without the assistance of Coach Jim O'Brien, who missed the contest with the flu.
