NBA: Memphis 92, Utah 82

MEMPHIS, Jan. 3 (UPI) -- Pau Gasol had 25 points and 10 rebounds Monday night to lead the Memphis Grizzlies to a 92-82 victory over the Utah Jazz.

Shane Battier added 18 points and Lorenzen Wright had 12 rebounds for the Grizzlies, who have won four in a row.

Carlos Boozer had 20 points and 15 rebounds for the Jazz, who have lost six straight games and nine of their last 10. Matt Harpring added 17 points for Utah.

Memphis hit four three-pointers and went 10-of-13 from the free throw line to edge out to a one-point lead, 38-37, at halftime.
