ST. LOUIS, Mo., Dec. 28 (UPI) -- St. Louis stayed in contention for the playoffs Monday by beating the Philadelphia Eagles 20-7.
Stephen Jackson ran for 148 yards and a touchdown for the Rams (7-8).

St. Louis quarterback Marc Bulger passed for 225 yards and a touchdown and Isaac Bruce caught eight passes, one for a score.
Philadelphia (13-2) which has already clinched home-field advantage in the playoffs, scored on a pass from Donovan McNab to Freddie Mitchell. McNabb left the game after one possession and Koy Detmer and Jeff Blake combined for just 46 yards passing after that.
