MEMPHIS, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Earl Watson and Mike Miller scored 22 and 20 points respectively Tuesday night as the Memphis Grizzlies posted a 96-88 win over the New York Knicks.
Memphis won for just the second time in its last eight games as the Grizzlies improved to 2-1 under new head Coach Mike Fratello.

Jamal Crawford led the Knicks with 17 points and Tim Thomas and Nazr Mohammed each had 16 for New York, which has lost three in a row.
The Grizzlies jumped out to a 10-2 lead en route to a 28-10 lead after 12 minutes.
