BERKELEY, Calif., Oct. 16 (UPI) -- J.J. Arrington rushed for 205 yards and two touchdowns Saturday nightto pace No. 8 California to a 45-28 victory over UCLA.
Aaron Rodgers completed 19-of-29 passes for 260 yards and four touchdown passes for the Golden Bears (4-1, 2-1 Pac-10).
California, whose only loss this season was last week at No. 1 USC, has won seven of its last eight games.
Geoff McArthur had nine receptions for 163 yards and two touchdoiwns for the winners.
Drew Olson also passed for four touchdowns for the Bruins (4-2, 2-1). Olson was 20-of-36 for 299 yards.
The game was tied 14-14 before the Bears scored with just 16 seconds remaining in the first half.
California got the only points in the third quarter to take a 28-14 edge. In the opening minute of the fourth, McArthur made an 80-yard TD catch to increase the lead to 35-14.
