NFL: Cleveland 17, Washington 13

CLEVELAND, Oct. 3 (UPI) -- Lee Suggs' three-yard touchdown run midway the fourth quarter Sunday gave the Cleveland Browns a 17-13 victory over the Washington Redskins.

Suggs, playing for the first time this season after missing three games with a neck stinger, rushed for 82 yards on 22 carries.

Jeff Garcia completed 14-of-21 passes for 195 yards and a score to Aaron Shea for the Browns (2-2).

Laveranues Coles had seven receptions totaling 122 yards for the Redskins (1-3), but his fumble with just over two minutes remaining on the team's final possession ended any chances of a comeback.

Washington didn't have any timeouts left and was unable to challenge as Coles may not have had full possession of the ball when he came down with it.

Brunell finished 17-of-32 for 192 yards for the Skins and Clinton Portis' one-yard run accounted for the team's lone touchdown.
