COL FB: California 56, Air Force 14

COLORADO SPRINGS, Sept. 4 (UPI) -- Thirteenth-ranked California got three touchdowns from J.J. Arrington and pounded Air Force 56-14 Saturday.

Arrington rushed for 181 yards in the one-sided game, and quarterback Aaron Rodgers was 11-for-16 with a touchdown for the Golden Bears.

California broke a 7-7 tie on a four-yard touchdown run by Arrington in the first quarter and led the rest of the way.

Each of the Falcons wore a sticker on his helmet in memory of former Coach Ben Martin, who died in July.
