Held to six points and seven rebounds in regulation, Battier gave Memphis the lead for good with a basket with 1:07 left in the second overtime and Swift added a jumper just under a minute later for a 112-108 lead.

"We've played well in overtimes this year," said Battier, who also grabbed 10 rebounds. "We feel if we get an extra period, we're still fresh because we play so many players that we feel we can make plays to win the game."

With the Grizzlies holding a 113-110 advantage with 10 seconds to go, Swift blocked a 3-pointer by Brian Cardinal.

Mike Miller scored 24 points and Pau Gasol had 17 before fouling out as the Grizzlies won an overtime contest for the second straight game.
