NHL: Phoenix 3, Buffalo 2

BUFFALO, N.Y., Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Branko Radivojevic scored with 4:03 remaining Thursday night as Phoenix let a pair of leads get away before pulling out a 3-2 win over Buffalo.

The Coyotes have scored a league-leading 10 goals while playing four on four. They got two in the third period of Tuesday night's 3-1 win at New Jersey and added to that total on Radivojevic's sixth of the season.

Former Sabre Chris Gratton and J.P. Dumont took coincidental roughing penalties with 5:10 to play. Coyotes captain Shane Doan took advantage of the open ice and sliced through Buffalo's defense before dishing to defenseman Paul Mara.

His shot caught goaltender Mika Noronen out of position and that enabled Radivojevic to pounce on the rebound.

The game-winner came just over four minutes after former Coyote Daniel Briere forged a 2-2 tie with his ninth goal.
