NBA: San Antonio 80, Miami 73

SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 4 (UPI) -- Manu Ginobili had 15 points, eight rebounds and six assists Tuesday to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 80-73 victory over the winless Miami Heat.

Malik Rose added 14 points and 11 rebounds for the Spurs (3-2), who played without injured players Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Anthony Carter and suspended Coach Gregg Popovich.

Duncan, the two-time NBA MVP, suffered a sprained left ankle in Monday's game and will be out one to three weeks. Parker has been sidelined the entire season and Carter was sidelined last week.

Popovich was suspended one game by the NBA on Tuesday for making contact with an offical in Monday's contest.

Rose started for Duncan and was one of four Spurs in double figures. Jason Hart started at point guard and had six points and three assists.

Eddie Jones led Miami (0-5) with 26 points before fouling out with 4:28 left.
