ST, PETERSBURG, Fla., Aug. 4 (UPI) -- Julio Lugo homered and had five RBI and Victor Zambrano won his third straight start Monday as Tampa Bay posted a 10-1 rout over Toronto.

Lugo highlighted a four-run fifth inning with a two-run single and capped another four-run frame in the sixth with a three-run homer off Toronto starter Cory Lidle (11-10).

Released by the Houston Astros in May, Lugo is batting .393 in his last 16 games to lift his average from .235 to .272.

Zambrano (9-5) allowed seven hits in seven scoreless innings to improve to 7-1 in his last nine starts.

Carl Crawford added two RBI as the Devil Rays won for the fifth time in their last six games.

Lidle gave up eight runs and eight hits in 5 2/3 innings.

Tampa Bay returned home after a 6-5 trip, during which it swept a three-game series in Toronto.
