Strickland, a point guard, signed a two-year deal. He likely will help mentor first-round draft pick T.J. Ford. Strickland spent last season with Indiana, averaging 6.5 points and 2.9 assists in 71 games, including 10 starts.

"Finding a veteran point guard was a priority and we are very pleased to have Erick Strickland in the fold," said General Manager Larry Harris. "Erick is a solid defender who can push the ball, shoot the three, and he is a true professional. He will add toughness and leadership to our team, on and off the court."

Skinner, a 6-9 forward, signed a three-year deal. He played last season with Philadelphia and averaged 6.0 points and 4.8 rebounds in 77 games.

Santiago agreed to a one-year deal and will begin his second stint in the NBA. The 7-1 center spent last season with Lottomatica Roma in Italy after two years with the Phoenix Suns.
