NEW YORK, June 8 (UPI) -- Jamie Moyer and the Seattle Mariners keep rolling.

The 40-year-old Moyer allowed just two hits in seven innings Sunday to become the first 10-game winner in the major leagues as the Mariners completed a doubleheader sweep of the New York Mets with a 7-0 victory.

After blasting the Mets, 13-1, in the opener, Seattle rode Moyer's pitching to its 11th victory in 12 games.

Shigetosi Hasegawa and Jeff Nelson each pitched an inning in relief for the Mariners, who completed the winningest road trip in franchise history at 11-1.

Moyer (10-2), who posted his seventh straight victory, allowed only a double to Cliff Floyd in the second and a single to Jay Bell in the fourth. He walked one and struck out four in his first appearance against the Mets since Aug. 2, 1988.
