Anaheim 15, Montreal 4

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico, June 3 (UPI) -- Jeff DaVanon, Tim Salmon and Troy Glaus homered in the first inning Tuesday night as the Anaheim Angels sent the Montreal Expos to their seventh loss in eight games, 15-4.

(4-6) for five hits before he got an out. David Eckstein singled before DaVanon's homer, which was followed by Salmon's shot. Garret Anderson then singled and scored on Glaus' 12th homer of the season.

DaVanon homered again in the ninth, completing his second two-homer effort in as many games.

Ohka lasted just two innings, allowing 10 runs and 11 hits. He struck out four and did not issue any walks.

Anderson added a run-scoring base hit in the second, a two-run single in the third and a solo homer in the eighth to bring his season RBI total to 46.

Bengie Molina also had a homer for the Angels, who have won three straight games to move back over .500 for the first time since May 20.

Anaheim starter Ramon Ortiz (5-5) allowed four runs and six hits in six innings. He struck out two and walked one.

Brad Wilkerson hit his sixth homer of the season in the sixth, a two-run shot off Ortiz.
