CINCINNATI, Okla., April 13 (UPI) -- The Cincinnati Reds walked seven batters in the top of the fourth inning Sunday to help the Philadelphia Phillies break an 80-year-old franchise record for runs in an inning in a 13-1 rout.

Ricky Ledee hit a three-run homer for the Phillies, who scored all their runs in the fourth and increased their league-leading run total to 85.

Lefthander Randy Wolf (2-0) allowed one run and four hits in six innings, walking one and striking out eight. He also had an RBI single as Philadelphia eclipsed its record for runs in an inning. On July 21, 1923, the Phillies scored 12 runs in the sixth inning against the Chicago Cubs.

After two solid starts, Cincinnati's Ryan Dempster (1-1) imploded in the fourth. The righthander gave up nine runs, five hits and five walks in 3 2/3 innings as the Reds fell to 3-6 at Great American Ball Park.

The 13 runs allowed by the Reds are their most since giving up 13 in the seventh inning against the Brooklyn Dodgers on May 21, 1952. Cincinnati entered the game ranked 13th in the National League with a 4.96 ERA.
