BOSTON, Jan. 30 (UPI) -- Theo Fleury scored twice and Jocelyn Thibault made 44 saves Thursday night as the Chicago Blackhawks snapped a six-game winless streak with a 3-1 victory over the Boston Bruins.
Fleury scored the first and last goals of the game, helping the Blackhawks to their third win in the last 14 contests (3-5-3-3). They had gone 0-4-1-2 in their previous seven on the road.

Mike Knuble scored a power-play goal for the Bruins, who had a five-game unbeaten run halted (4
1). They also lost for the first time in three games since acquiring goaltender Jeff Hackett from Montreal (2
1).
Boston held a 45-20 advantage in shots, 21-5 in the second period, when each team scored once.
Bruins center Joe Thornton had his points streak snapped at 10 games.
