Arizona 7, Colorado 5 (10 inn.)

DENVER, April 13 (UPI) -- After nearly hitting the right field foul pole earlier in his at bat, Chris Donnels delivered a two-out, two-run triple to lead the Arizona Diamondbacks to a 7-5 victory over the Colorado Rockies.

Donnels, batting for Rod Barajas, delivered his key hit off Rockies closer Jose Jimenez (0-1). The triple delivered Junior Spivey and Mark Grace, who was intentionally walked. The win was the first for the Diamondbacks in a game not started by Randy Johnson or Curt Schilling.

Brian Anderson started for Arizona and allowed five runs and 11 hits in six innings.

Former Rockies reliever Mike Myers (1-1) pitched two scoreless innings and notched the victory.
