PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 25 (UPI) -- Markus Naslund scored twice and the Vancouver Canucks won the special teams' battle Sunday night en route to a 4-1 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers, who had a four-game unbeaten streak snapped.

Naslund's goal with 46 seconds left in the first period was the eventual game-winner. The Canucks' captain added an empty-netter in the final minute of the third as Vancouver improved to 2-2-0 on a six-game road trip.

Matt Cooke opened the scoring in the first period and helped the Canucks kill all seven Flyers' power plays. Henrik Sedin scored an insurance goal on the power play in the third period for Vancouver.

Simon Gagne had the lone goal for Philadelphia, which lost for just the second time in its last eight games (4-2-2-0).
