A Florida man was arrested after he allegedly flashed an Orlando Police Department patch at an IHOP on Friday in an effort to get a free meal and then pulled down his pants to expose his buttocks when that didn’t work.

After police responded to the restaurant, they were informed that Matt Skytta has been coming to the IHOP for the past few days and saying he is a police officer in an attempt to get free food.

According to an arrest report, Skytta was in the restaurant around 1 a.m. on Friday when a server asked if he had money to pay for his meal.

"No, but I am a cop, and I get food for free,” he allegedly replied and then pulled an OPD insignia patch from his wallet.

When he was informed that police pay for their food, the 55-year-old told the server, "I'm not going anywhere until you feed me."

The server began to walk away to call 911 but turned around to see Skytta with his pants down, exposing himself, after he yelled, "Hey buddy!"

As he was being led out of the IHOP by police, Skytta said, "I'm a Green Beret! If I die, Obama dies!"
