Aloysius Power, 57, told the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. he bought the Poker Lotto All In ticket on a whim June 21 and he ended up winning $104,516.35. Advertisement "When I saw the words 'Big Winner' on the screen, I couldn't believe it," Power said. "I really couldn't believe my luck -- I just won [$75,305.17] with Instant Bingo Doubler two weeks ago." The lucky winner said he plans to use his winnings to take a Caribbean vacation and save for his retirement.
