British Airways said Toronto was chosen because that is where the royal couple's romance "took off."
The flight departs Heathrow Airport at 1:10 p.m., an hour after the couple are scheduled to say "I do" about seven miles from the airport at Windsor Castle.
The airline said passengers departing from Terminal 5 on the day of the wedding will be granted use of the First lounge -- that is, provided they or their traveling companions are named Harry, Meghan or Megan.
"Harry and Meghan's relationship started across the Atlantic so it seemed fitting for all of us to take-off to Toronto on their special day," said Megan Horsley, British Airways customer service manager and head of the special wedding crew. "I've flown with another Megan once or twice before, but never seven so we might have to all call each other by our surnames during this very special flight!"
