Joanne Apodaca of Monrovia shared home security camera footage showing the bear wandering around the driveway and bushes outside her home. "He might've left," an officer peering into the crawlspace can be heard saying. The bear emerges from the crawlspace shortly after and the police officer gets out of the way as the animal flees the area. Monrovia frequently sees bear activity around this time of year, with one bear being caught on camera at the end of April taking a swim in a resident's backyard swimming pool.
