The owl apparently struck the glass wall while hunting during the night and fell about 20 feet, the society said.
The workers used some chairs to create a barrier around the owl to protect it while waiting for a response from the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.
ODFW rescuer Susan Barnes arrived on the scene and carefully placed the owl into a box for transport to the Audubon Society's Wildlife Care Center.
The Audubon Society said a veterinarian examined the owl and determined it did not have any broken bones and maintained a full range of motion. The owl is being rehabilitated and is expected to make a full recovery.
