State police go on wild rabbit chase on Boston bridge

Oct. 26 (UPI) -- Massachusetts State Troopers were sent on a wild bunny chase when a "wascally wabbit" found itself trapped on Boston's Zakim Bridge.

A video filmed by a trooper and posted to the Massachusetts State Police's Instagram shows two troopers running around the bridge in an attempt to capture the loose rabbit Wednesday night.

The troopers are eventually able to corner the rabbit into a box.

"After last night's wascally wabbit wescue on the Zakim Bridge, Trooper Joe Foglietta bundled up the little bunny to a nearby park that has many rabbits living at it, where this little one probably came from," Massachusetts State Police wrote in a Facebook post.
