Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe Oct. 13 (UPI) -- An overturned 18-wheeler covered a Houston highway ramp in bales of cotton and rained some of the bales down on the road below the ramp. Houston Transtar said the semi truck overturned on the Southwest Freeway exit ramp to the West 610 Loop about 11 p.m. Thursday. Advertisement The truck lost many of the 1,000 bales of cotton it was carrying, authorities said. The bales littered the ramp and some fell to the roadway below. There were no other vehicles involved in the crash and no injuries were reported, police said.
