"Mercifully, a child is not in the pushchair at the time," the RSSB said. The "horrifying moment" was shared on Twitter by the British Transport Police. "Thankfully the pram was empty, a disaster narrowly avoided. Remember the railway is a dangerous place, always take extra care," the transport police tweeted.
