Raccoon leans out of car window to catch raindrops

Oct. 12 (UPI) -- A raccoon captured the hearts of web surfers after leaning its head out of a car window to catch some raindrops.

Twitter user Ziya Tong shared video of the raccoon gleefully reaching its mouth and paws out of the moving car in hopes of getting a hold of a few drops of water.

"Her name is Eva and she's trying to catch raindrops," Tong wrote.

Eva closed her eyes and attempted to cup raindrops into her wide open mouth, as cars zipped by in the next lane.

"I thought dogs riding in cars were cute until I saw this," Tong wrote.
