The Border Collie Owners of South Australia said the final tally at the Sunday event in Willaston Oval was 534, enough to take the record from TV veterinarian Katrina Warren, who gathered 303 border collies together in 2013. Advertisement Organizers said the record is "unofficial" because Guinness World Records doesn't recognize breed-specific records. BCOSA said money raised during the event will be donated to Guardian Angel Animal Rescue, SA Dog Rescue and Scruffer Lovers.
