The Magic Springs amusement park in Hot Springs confirmed the X-Coaster ride broke down about 2:31 p.m. with riders in mid-trip. Advertisement The riders were "manually returned to the station" by 3:28 p.m., the park said. "After a while they got an anchor and they started dragging them down and they all got down safely," witness Jesus Alonso told KTHV-TV. "Some of them were crying, some of them were fine."
