July 13 (UPI) -- A Texas health inspector performing a routine inspection at a strip club wrote there was a "breast implant found inside bar utensil holder."

Cassidy's Polo Club in Amarillo received nine demerits which the City of Amarillo's Environmental Health Department described as "an average number," during the June 23 health inspection, but one of the listed issues stood out as particularly unusual.

One of the demerits listed in the report was for a "breast implant found inside bar utensil holder."

Shaun May, Amarillo's Environmental Health Director, told KVII-TV the "personal item was removed immediately from the kitchen and the item is resolved."

The club has until Aug. 10 to correct the rest of the listed issues, including dirty liquor botle nozzles and dirty beer cooler racks.
