Carpet python found curled up in child's Fisher-Price car

QUEENSLAND , Australia, Jan. 4 (UPI) -- Snake catchers in Australia found a snake coiled around a child's plastic toy car in his family's backyard.

Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7 shared a photo of the Carpet Python sleeping behind the seat of the red and yellow Fisher-Price car.

"Not quite the Hitchhiker you want in your kid's car!" Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers wrote.

A snake catcher named Max arrived at the home and managed to capture the sneaking snake and release it back into the wild.

Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers relocated a other Carpet Python with an affinity for children's playthings when a family discovered the snake hiding among a pile of toys underneath their couch in November.
