Mechanic works under the hood of moving car

DALIAN, China, Dec. 20 (UPI) -- A mechanic in China was filmed taking an unconventional approach to auto repair by lying inside the open hood of the vehicle while it was moving.

The video recorded Dec. 13 shows a mechanic perching next to the engine under the open hood of a car as it moves through a Dalian, Liaoning Province, parking lot.

The mechanic was reportedly trying to fix an issue with the vehicle.

The car reportedly had to be in motion while the man worked because the issue was a steering problem that he had to adjust while driving.
