Three puppies were rescued from underneath a concrete coffin at a Miami-Dade cemetery. Fire crews were alerted about sounds coming from the area where they found the puppies frightened but in good health.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue crews were informed of a faint sound coming from beneath the coffins and removed a concrete slab to unveil one trapped puppy, NBC Miami reported.
They later discovered the two other puppies, as they dug a small trench and managed to pull the puppies out.
It's unclear how the puppies became trapped, but they were taken to the Redland Rockpit Abandoned Dogs Project who hope to reunite them with their mother.
