PORTSMOUTH, N.H., Aug. 1 (UPI) -- New Hampshire police were unimpressed by an "artist" who spray-painted their station with a "thoughtful and insightful" message: "I'm drunk."

The Portsmouth Police Department said in a Facebook post officers discovered an outside wall of their station had been tagged with graffiti "during the overnight hours."

The department said officers were not impressed by "this artist's thoughtful and insightful creation."

The post reads:

"So this happened during the overnight hours. Seriously.......the side of our PD was spray painted with the words 'im drunk.' The men and women in blue immediately went to work removing this artist's thoughtful and insightful creation.

We are investigating on our end, but we'd love for the public to keep their eyes and ears open for anything that may lead to the identity of the person or persons behind this!"
