A California bakery teamed up with a local dermatologist to create life-like "pimple popping" cupcakes. Dermatologist Sandra Lee, also known as Dr. Pimple Pipper shared video of the cupcakes which replicate the appearance of a pimple being popped.

The video demonstrates that the cream can be squeezed out of the cupcake, similar to the process of popping a pimple.
While the sight of the baked goods may turn the stomachs of some, Lee said that they looked "yummy" and were "made with love" by California based bakery Blessed by Baking.
Although the bakery displays generally less jarring designs on their Instagram page, a post showing a worker in a "Pimple Popper" T-shirt said they did not hesitate to work with Lee.
"When you work for [Dr. Pimple Popper] and she asks for cupcakes you gotta do it!" Blessed by Baking's post stated.
