COLUMBIA, N.J., July 19 (UPI) -- A New Jersey animal sanctuary is seeking homes for 92 Khaki Campbell ducks found abandoned outside a shopping mall in the state.

The Barnyard Sanctuary in Columbia said in a Facebook post the 92 ducks were discovered abandoned Friday afternoon outside the Mill Creek Mall in Seacaucus.

The Khaki Campbell ducks, a domesticated breed that lacks the ability to fly, were brought to the sanctuary Sunday by officers with the New Jersey Department of Fish and Wildlife after they were rounded up in a grassy area near the mall.

The sanctuary said it is seeking donations to help with the care of the ducks, which are available for adoption.
