The rules of the record allowed for five-minute breaks once an hour, but Fragoso was otherwise barred from moving his eyes away from the screen.
Fragoso said the marathon included episodes of Battlestar Galactica, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Twilight Zone, Bob's Burgers, Adventure Time and Game of Thrones.
He said exhaustion started taking its toll as the hours turned into days.
"On the final day there were a few hours I forgot. The doctor said that's micro naps the body is forcing us to take," Fragoso told WPIX-TV.
Fragoso's TV marathon bested the previous Guinness World Record, a 92-hour binge watch by a group of Austrians in March.
"Throughout this process I learned that binge-watching TV for abnormally long durations can actually be quite physically taxing," Fragoso said.
