Fisherman reels in and releases 6-foot shark from shore in Texas

GALVESTON, Texas, March 17 (UPI) -- A Texas woman captured video of an unusual sight -- a fisherman on shore reeling in a 6-foot shark, measuring it and releasing it.

Amanda Reyna posted a video on Facebook showing a fisherman pulling the shark ashore Wednesday in Galveston with the help of a second man.

The two men measure the shark and release it back into the water.

Reyna said the shark measured 6 feet and 4 inches long.

The shark's species was unclear.
