JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 10 (UPI) -- "Serial stowaway" Marilyn Jean Hartman was arrested in Florida after boarding a flight and checking into a resort under a false name.

Hartman sneaked on the flight in St. Paul under a fake name and then checked into a $300 per night villa in Florida. The real person showed up to the villa and Hartman was found hours later in another room that was being renovated.

Hartman was charged with fraud by impersonation, defrauding an innkeeper and trespassing. The 63-year-old claims she was a whistleblower chased from her home by the FBI and now has an unrecognized condition "whistleblower trauma syndrome."

She was arrested three times for stowing away on planes in 2014. Her defense was that the government let her past the security checkpoints.
