Tabitha Ormaechea said she was stopped at a red light in Spokane earlier this month when her car was struck in the tire by a slow-moving vehicle that appeared to be unoccupied, KREM-TV, Spokane, reported Monday. I didn't know if I was crazy, or if this little dog had taken a joy ride." Jason Martinez, the owner of the car and the dog, said he has left the canine, Toby, in the car while he went into a nearby store. "He must have knocked it out of gear and the car rolled out," Martinez said. The car owners said damage from the bump was minimal. Martinez said he is taking care to ensure Toby doesn't get behind the wheel again anytime soon.
