NEW YORK, Nov. 1 (UPI) -- Workers at a New York cafe said they printed out oversized letters to turn their "B" sanitary inspection rating into the word "Brunch."

Armando Burgos, a barista at the Astor Row Cafe in the Harlem neighborhood, said the eatery received a "B" rating from the sanitary inspector, and he and a friend decided to make the most of the situation, the New York Daily News reported Friday.

"Since it was on the window anyway, and we have brunch every Sunday, my friend got the idea to go to the copy center and print out the other letters," Burgos said.

He said the sign has been getting attention from passersby who think "it's funny."

Burgos said the cafe received the rating due to a cleaning rag being on the counter at the time of the inspection, but health officials said they also found evidence of mice on the premises.
