Kemerovo Region police in western Siberia said the man had been drunkenly arguing with his girlfriend on the balcony of a eighth-floor apartment when he lost his footing, RIA Novosti reported Friday. Advertisement "According to the man, he simply lost his balance while out on the balcony and fell off onto a Toyota vehicle parked below," police said in a statement. "Despite falling from such a height, the man survived and was even able to get to his feet unaided after the fall." He was taken to a hospital, where doctors said he was not seriously injured.
