A white cross inscribed "Ejlert Lovborg (1857-1890)," a character from Ibsen's play "Hedda Gabler," was discovered at the Var Frelsers cemetery close to where Ibsen himself is buried, The Local.no reported Friday. Jan Taraldsen, who manages the cemetery, said that he doesn't know who put the cross up and that he plans on removing it. "This is the first time I've seen something like this," Taraldsen said. "It was a bit special." Read More Mnouchkine to receive Ibsen Award Ibsen honored with anniversary events
