The doctor was arrested while he was high on drugs, RIA Novosti reported Tuesday. Advertisement A bag containing five grams of heroin that he removed from inside the body of a drug mule in a hospital in the Krasnoyarsk region of eastern Siberia was found on the surgeon, police said in a statement. He could face a possible 15 years in prison if convicted on the possession charge, police said.
