TORONTO, July 31 (UPI) -- A Toronto couple said they have created customized ballots for their friends and family to help pick a name for their expected child.

Katie Reise, 31, and Chris Vollmershausen, 30, said they have distributed 75 ballots among friends and family to help them choose between Oscar, Winston and Finley if the baby is a boy, and Libby, Molly and Faye if the baby is a girl, the Toronto Star reported Wednesday.

The couple said the ballots have to be turned in by Thursday and no write-in votes will be counted.

"We're 100 percent committed to going with whatever name wins -- and just to make sure I don't feel tempted to sway the vote after it's in, I'm not going to vote myself," Vollmershausen said.

However, Reise said she plans to cast her own ballot.

"Personally, I think babies grow into their names, so I'd be OK with any of the choices," she said.
