Woman accused of pointing gun at man over hidden vodka

KEY LARGO, Fla., June 15 (UPI) -- A Florida woman was arrested after she allegedly pointed a gun at her roommate after he hid her vodka from her, police said.

The incident happened at about 6:15 p.m. Wednesday in Key Largo, the Monroe County Sheriff's Department said in a release.

When deputies arrived at the home, the victim, whose name was not reported, was outside and told them that his roommate, Kari Dangler, 51, pointed a gun at him because he hid her vodka.

Deputies confronted Dangler, who said the gun actually belonged to another roommate and that she was only holding it because she was going to clean it.

Dangler was arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated assault.
